The site introduces Stathyn, an early-stage member-care software project, and offers fictional product demonstrations. It is not the authenticated production service for a gym or its members.

Using the demonstrations

Use the demos only to explore fictional workflows. Do not enter real member information, health data, credentials or payment information. Demonstrated actions, offers, feedback and membership details are illustrative. No real message, booking, payment or subscription is created by a demo action.

Enquiries and meeting requests

Preparing an email on the site does not send it. You must review and send the email through your own email application. A preferred meeting date is only a request. A meeting is arranged when the participants confirm it, including the time zone.

Early-access pricing and pilots

The €149 per month per club founding price is a proposed offer for an agreed scope. Taxes, eligibility, service availability, evaluation terms, payment, cancellation and any continuation must be confirmed in a written agreement. A possible 30-day evaluation is not activated by browsing the website.

No claim is made that any particular gym will achieve a reduction in churn, an increase in revenue or compatibility with its existing systems. There are no published verified outcome case studies in this build.

Proposed partner programme

The proposed referral commission is 20% of subscription revenue actually collected, excluding VAT and refunds, paid monthly for up to the first 12 months of each referred gym’s paid subscription. It stops on cancellation or nonpayment. There is no cap on referral numbers.

These are proposed terms only. Eligibility, attribution, disputes, tax and payment details must be agreed in writing before a partnership exists.

Appropriate use

Do not use the site or a future service to expose other people’s data, impersonate a business, introduce malicious code or attempt to access systems without permission. External vendor names are contextual references and do not imply affiliation or an active integration.

Before a paid service begins

A real paid pilot or subscription needs a separate agreement that accurately addresses the service scope, support expectations, data responsibilities, intellectual property, availability, payment and applicable legal protections. These website notes are not a substitute for that agreement.
