How it works

Start with the gap.
Not the software.

A good pilot should make one worthwhile process clearer. We work backwards from your club, your current tools and the result you want to understand.

Start small. Learn something real.

A practical four-step start

From first conversation
to a useful decision.

01 /

Find the real gap.

We learn what your team does today—and what your existing software already handles.

02 /

Choose one workflow.

Start with a narrow use case and the minimum appropriate data. No big-bang replacement.

03 /

Give your team control.

Clear actions, personal judgement and a record of what actually happened.

04 /

Measure, then decide.

Review the agreed baseline and outcomes. Keep what earns its place.

What we bring

Founder-led, focused support.

  • A short discovery conversation.
  • An honest product walkthrough.
  • A narrowly defined pilot proposal.
  • A shared review of what the evidence means.
What we need from you

Context, not weeks of setup.

  • One person who owns the workflow.
  • A picture of your current process and software.
  • An agreed measure of success.
  • Appropriate data access—only after it is checked.
No invented launch dates

A pilot begins when it’s ready.

An unfamiliar API or a security requirement is not “just five minutes of coding.”

How soon could we start?

We confirm a start date only after checking the use case, data access, product readiness and your availability. The fictional browser demo can be explored immediately.

Could we start without a full integration?

Potentially. A carefully scoped manual or export-based workflow may be suitable, but only after appropriate permission, data handling and security have been agreed. The public demo accepts fictional data only.

What would we measure?

Depending on the use case: time to identify and handle a case, completion of eligible follow-ups, actual member responses or another agreed operational result. Retention or revenue claims require stronger evidence.

What happens after an evaluation?

We review the agreed success criteria together. Any paid subscription, continuation or cancellation terms must be agreed in writing. There is no automatic signup or billing on this site.
