A relationship takes attention.
Knowing something changed is only the beginning. What your team does next is what matters.
Notice the quiet signals.
A changing visit pattern. Feedback without a response. A follow-up that never happened. Start by making the next step visible.
Give the next step an owner.
Turn a useful observation into a clear task, with a person, a date and a reason to reach out.
Close the loop.
Record what happened, what the member needs and whether another action is worthwhile. No guessing from a dashboard score.

An action is better.

Not another software overhaul.
We don’t assume your club needs another tool. We find out together.
Find the real gap.
We learn what your team does today—and what your existing software already handles.
Choose one workflow.
Start with a narrow use case and the minimum appropriate data. No big-bang replacement.
Give your team control.
Clear actions, personal judgement and a record of what actually happened.
Measure, then decide.
Review the agreed baseline and outcomes. Keep what earns its place.
Different clubs.

I’m building Stathyn with a simple belief: great member care should feel personal, even as a club grows. Early partners work directly with me to find what is genuinely useful.
Meet the founder ↗Clear answers.
No fine-print surprises.
Stathyn is early. That means direct access to the founder—and honesty about what is ready.
Do we have to replace our existing gym software?
That is not the starting point. We first understand your current booking, membership and communication tools. A Stathyn pilot only makes sense if a useful, unresolved workflow remains.
Can I try Stathyn before a conversation?
Yes. The interactive owner demo runs in your browser with fictional member records. You can assign tasks, log fictional actions and review a local activity trail. It does not connect to a real club or send messages.
Does Stathyn already integrate with my software?
No production integrations are claimed here. Data access, provider permissions and technical feasibility are checked individually before any pilot. See integration readiness.
What does early access cost?
The proposed founding subscription is €149 per month per club, with scope, applicable taxes and pilot terms agreed in writing. A 30-day evaluation can be discussed. No payment or subscription starts on this website.
Can you guarantee better retention?
No. The first job is to establish a useful process and a measurable baseline. A completed follow-up is not proof that a member stayed because of Stathyn. We only claim outcomes supported by evidence.
