Made to be usable.
A practical commitment to clear, accessible experiences—not an unverified certification.
How the site is built
The site uses semantic page structure, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labelled form inputs and native dialog elements. Navigation, FAQ disclosures and the interactive workflow are designed to be used with a keyboard.
Motion and display
Reduced-motion preferences disable motion effects and smooth scrolling. Content is responsive across mobile and desktop. Tables scroll within their containers on narrow screens rather than clipping essential information.
Known boundaries
This build has been tested as a static website in Chromium, including mobile-width layouts and key keyboard interactions. It is not a third-party accessibility audit or a certification of conformance. Browser, assistive-technology and real-user testing should continue before and after launch.
