Privacy information.
How this static website and its fictional demos handle information. Operator-specific details still require completion.
Who is responsible?
Stathyn is the product brand presented on this site. The founder contact is Hisham, at hisham@stathyn.com.
Operator to complete: full legal controller name, business address, jurisdiction and any applicable representative or registration details.
What this website does
The supplied website is static. It includes no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, embedded video services, or backend form receiver. The contact and demo-request forms prepare an email in your own email application. Preparing the email does not send your details to Stathyn.
Your hosting provider may process access logs, including IP address, user agent and requested pages. The operator must identify the actual provider and its practices before publishing this notice.
When you send an enquiry
If you choose to send an email, Stathyn receives the information you include, such as your name, work email, business, message and scheduling preference. It would be used to respond to the enquiry and manage the requested discussion. Do not include member data or sensitive personal information.
Operator to complete: relevant lawful basis, email provider, recipients, international transfers and enquiry-retention period. Confirm these before processing enquiries.
Demo information and local storage
The public owner and member previews use fictional data. The owner demo can optionally remember fictional changes in browser localStorage after you choose that setting. By default, changes are kept in memory. See Cookies & storage for the exact keys and clearing controls.
The synthetic CSV feature reads a chosen local file into the browser. It is not a secure production member-data import. Do not use actual member records or sensitive information. The supplied demo does not transmit CSV content to a server.
Questions and rights
Where applicable under the law governing the processing, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal information, and to receive portable data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent. Applicable conditions and exceptions depend on the processing and jurisdiction.
Contact Hisham using the address above to raise a request or concern. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Operator to complete: competent supervisory authority and the process for verifying and responding to requests.
Changes and review
This working notice describes the supplied static build dated 31 October 2026. Review it before public launch and before introducing new processing. A real gym-member service requires its own appropriate notices, agreements and controls.
