Software can organise care.
It can’t replace caring.
Stathyn starts with a belief: the best member experience is personal. The software should help your team deliver it consistently—not turn people into scores.
Early doesn’t mean anonymous.
I’m Hisham. I’m building Stathyn around the work that happens after a member joins: the check-in, the useful conversation, the concern that gets resolved.
Early partners speak with me directly. We look at what already works, find one important gap and decide whether there is a sensible way to improve it. I’d rather be honest about a limitation than earn your trust with a promise I can’t support.
A few things we won’t compromise.
People before dashboards.
A useful alert should lead to a considerate action. The member is a person with a life outside the club, not a churn label.
Fit before features.
The first conversation is about your current process. A pilot only makes sense when there is a worthwhile unresolved need.
Evidence before big claims.
We distinguish a working demo from a live integration, and a completed task from a proven business outcome.
Direct access, clear boundaries.
Work with the founder, agree the scope and support expectations, and know who is responsible for the next step.
Your members have a story.
Let’s understand yours.
A short conversation. Your current process. One useful next step.
